Day 12

Day 12…not perfect, but still doing good.  Had a bad experience and lit up as soon as I got home. Not the way I want to deal with problems in my life, but still feel the need for one or two hits. It is getting easier.

Day 11

May 23rd and it has been 11 days since I decided to stop smoking, but today is the first day I decided to blog about it. I had laser treatment on May 12th and went 5 days without a cigarette.  On the 17th I couldn’t stand it and had to take a hit from Eddie’s cigarette.  I only took a hit, so I told myself it didn’t really count. It’s funny how you can’t really lie to yourself! 

I’ve had several “hits” since then, but I have not finished a cigarette and I know I am doing okay…I WILL KICK THIS HABIT!
