Day 11
May 23rd and it has been 11 days since I decided to stop smoking, but today is the first day I decided to blog about it. I had laser treatment on May 12th and went 5 days without a cigarette. On the 17th I couldn’t stand it and had to take a hit from Eddie’s cigarette. I only took a hit, so I told myself it didn’t really count. It’s funny how you can’t really lie to yourself!Â
I’ve had several “hits” since then, but I have not finished a cigarette and I know I am doing okay…I WILL KICK THIS HABIT!
