Not the way I want to deal with problems in my life, but still feel the need for one or two hits. It is getting easier.

I had laser treatment on May 12th and went 5 days without a cigarette.  On the 17th I couldn’t stand it and had to take a hit from Eddie’s cigarette.  I only took a hit, so I told myself it didn’t really count. It’s funny how you can’t really lie to yourself! 

I’ve had several “hits” since then, but I have not finished a cigarette and I know I am doing okay…I WILL KICK THIS HABIT!
