Who I am...or...who am I?

...so, you really want to know about me?
Okay, you asked for it...

My name is Cathy. I'm a 50 something wife, mother, and grandmother.

I have been happily (most of the time) married for over 34 years to my husband, Eddie.  I guess you could say he was my high school sweetheart, even though we didn't go to school together.

We have four children: Stacy, Scott, Michael and Patricia; and seven adorable grandchildren: Vincent, Brandon and Mikayla, Kathleen Alexander, Michael, Jr. and Keaton.

I was young when I started my family and, lucky for me, I'm still young enough to enjoy my grandchildren. They are the light of my life! Check out my picture gallery to see some of my family members.

I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, which is where we still live. It is truly the "best location in the nation" for me.

My Mom, bless her soul, is 90 years old and still kicking!  We lost our Dad in 1988 - there are still times when I want to pick up the phone to call and ask Dad's advice! 

I was one of 5 children - I have two sisters (one older, one younger) and two brothers (both older). I attended St. Joseph Elementary School and Collinwood High School. Those were some of the best times of my life - I have so many wonderful childhood memories!  I often wonder what type of memories my own children will carry with them and pass on to their children.

I work in the wholesale produce industry, a job I love.  This is a very fast paced business, as you can imagine - working with perishable goods.  It is the fast pace that makes it so enjoyable for me.

My one wish...

My one wish is to have a family photo taken with my husband, children, their spouses and all our grandchildren.

When I get my wish the picture above will change as quick as a wink...until then, you have to look at me alone.
