Add a new vector layer named "left arm". (Layers/New Vector Layer)

Click on your preset shapes and choose Ellipse.
Starting at coordinates 25,130 draw out an ellipse to coordinates 45,200

Rotate your image 45 (Image/Rotate). MAKE SURE ALL LAYERS IS NOT CHECKED:

Click on your Objects Selector Tool and click Node edit.
Add nodes as needed and shape your arm as shown.
change your node types to Symmetric and Cusp.

Right click on your "left arm" layer in your layer palette and choose duplicate. Rename this new layer "right arm"

Mirror this layer. (Image/Mirror)

Deselect if necessary. (Selections/Select None)

Save your image (Ctrl+S)

You should now have this:

Right click on your "left back leg" layer and choose duplicate.
Rename this new layer "left front leg". Deselect (Selections/Select None)

Click on your Object Selector.  Click in the top left corner of your canvas and drag out a rectangle to surround your left leg.
This will select all three of your vector objects on this layer.

Save your image (Ctrl+S)

The box surrounding your leg will act the same as the deformation tool.
Click on the top bar and you will notice your cursor change. Drag the top down until it is about in the center of the front of your arm.
Drag the bottom bar down to make your leg a little longer, as shown here.

Move your leg over to line it up with your arm:

Click on your Object Selector Tool and choose Node Edit.
Left click on the center section of your leg and adjust your nodes so they
resemble this (the curves are less defined on this leg).

Save your image (Ctrl+S)

Duplicate your "left front leg" layer and rename your new layer "right front leg". Deselect. (Selections/Select None)

Mirror this layer. (Image/ Mirror)

Add a new vector layer named "front bar". (Layers/New Vector Layer)

To make the next step easier, turn off the visibility for all layers except your front legs.

Click on your preset shapes and choose rectangle.
Starting at coordinates 15,270 draw out a rectangle to coordinates 330,280

As we did for the legs, we will be adding nodes to our shape.
For the bar we will only add four nodes: two on the top and
two on the bottom. Change your node types to Symmetric and Cusp.

Adjust your nodes so they resemble those shown here.

Here is a close up of the left side of my bar, showing the coordinates for the node editing.

Save your image (Ctrl+S)
