If you decided to
add an additional page to your book, but didn't download the
"cc_book2.psp" file, you can get it by clicking
here
and choosing Save. (Save to your hard drive in the folder you
created.)
This section will
have very few screenshots, since much of what we will be doing is
a repeat of steps we took creating page 1.
1. Create a graphic
for the second "page" in your book. This graphic needs to be 138
pixels wide by 195 pixels high. Save this graphic as
"page2_graphic.psp".
2. Open your "page1_graphic.psp" image. (You did save this image in
the first part of the tutorial, didn't you? I hope so!)
3. Open cs_book2.psp
in PSP7. (This is the original file you downloaded.) Copy this
image and close the original. Save the copy as "my_book2.psp".
***NOTE:
remember to save as PSP7 compatible.
Your Layer Palette
should look like this:

4. Right click on the "page 2" layer in your Layers Palette box and
choose View/Current Only.
5. Using your Magic
Wand, click inside the right page on the "page 2 open" layer.
6. Copy your page 2
graphic and paste it into this selection.
Save
7. Right click on the
"page 2 open" layer in your Layers Palette box and choose
View/Current Only.
8. Paste your page 2
graphic into selection on this layer.
9. Using your Magic
Wand, click inside the left page on the "page 2 open" layer.
10. Fill this
selection with the color/pattern of your choice.
11. Right click on the
"page 2" layer in your Layers Palette box and choose View/Current
Only.
12. Fill your selected
area with the same color you used for the left side of "page 1
open" layer in your first book.
13. Deselect
(Selections/Select None).
14. Right click on the
"page 1 graphic" layer in your Layers Palette box and choose
View/Current Only.
15. Using your Magic
Wand, click inside the rectangle on this layer.
16. Copy your page 1
graphic and paste into this selection.
17. Invert your
selection (Selections/Invert) and hit delete.
18. Deselect
(Selections/Select None).
Save
19. Duplicate your
"page 1 graphic" layer.
20. Right click on
your "flip1" layer and choose View/Current Only.
21. Turn on the
visibility for your "page 1 graphic" layer and make this your active
layer.
22. Click on your
deformation tool and using the same method we used when making page
1, deform your graphic to fit into your flip.
23. Right click on
your "page 1 graphic" layer and choose Merge/Merge Visible.
24. Rename this merged
layer "flip1".
Save
25. Right click on
your "flip2" layer and choose View/Current Only.
26. Turn on the
visibility for the "Copy of page 1 graphic" layer and make this your
active layer.
27. Click on your
deformation tool and using the same method we used when making page
1, deform your graphic to fit into your flip.
28. Right click on
your "Copy of page 1 graphic" layer and choose Merge/Merge Visible.
29. Rename this merged
layer "flip2".
Save

Right click on your
"flip3" layer and choose View/Current Only.

Using your Magic Wand,
click inside the shape on this layer.
32. Fill with the color/pattern
you used on the left side of your "page 2 open" layer.
33. Deselect (Selections/Select
None).

"flip4" layer and choose View/Current Only.

click inside the shape on this layer.

layer three times. Rename these three layers "page 2a", "page 2b"
and "page2c" from bottom to top:

"page 2" layer and choose View/Current Only.

your "flip1" layer.

choose Merge/Merge Visible.
