with Paint Shop Pro Version 8, but experienced
users of PSP7 should be able to complete it also.

* * * ADDING FLOWERS AND FOLIAGE * * *

1. Adding new layers as you go, place foliage and flowers to complete your image:


 (I used many layers, placing my flowers and foliage on separate
 layers, which allowed me to move and rearrange as needed)

2. Add any other enhancements you'd like to your image (birds, animals, etc) and using any of the tools available enhance your image any way you'd like.

3. Remember to add the reflection if you add anything behind your water!

4. Once you are happy with your image, merge all layers.

1. Click on Effects/Illumination Effects/Sunburst and use the following settings:
