The idea for this tutorial came from a
greeting card I saw, using the
artwork of Cheryl
Welch, who uses a combination of watercolor painting,
collage and
flower pressing to produce unique and appealing images.

15. Add a new layer and name it "Blouse
Top".
Move this layer below your "Neck" layer in your layer
palette.
16. Repeat steps 9 through 14,
renaming your merged layer accordingly:

Save your image (Ctrl+S)
17. Add a new layer and name it "Blouse
Bottom".
Move this layer below your "Blouse Top" layer in your layer
palette.
18. Repeat steps 9 through 14,
renaming your merged layer accordingly:

19. As you get to the bottom of the
skirt, you may want to use the Deformation Tool
to change the angle of any of your flowers.
Save your image (Ctrl+S)
20. Continue adding layers and flowers
as above, until you get to the bottom of the skirt. The number of
layers will depend on the size of your flowers:

21. Add a new layer and name it "Left
Foot".
Move this layer below the last flower layer you created.
22. Place a flower where your Angel's
left foot goes.
23. Duplicate this layer and move the
flower on your new layer to place it where your Angel's right foot should
be. Rename this layer Right Foot.
24. You can use the Deformation Tool
to change the angle of the right foot.
Save your image (Ctrl+S)
25. Add a new layer and name it "Left
Arm". This layer is the exception to the prior instructions: Move this layer
so that it is beneath the Neck layer, but above the Blouse Top layer.
26. Place a small flower near the top
of your Angel's left arm. You want part of this flower hidden
beneath the neck/collar, but slightly overlapping the Blouse Top flowers:

27. Duplicate this flower as many
times as needed to create your "arm".
Save your image (Ctrl+S)
28. Repeat these steps for the right
arm, allowing the last flower to fall over the "skirt" flowers:
