*** I found it easier to have a basic shape to work with. ***
1. Open a new image, 300w x
400h pixels, raster background, 16 million colors, transparent
background.
2. Click on File/Save As and
browse to a folder on your hard drive where you'd like to save this
image. Save this file as "Indian girl.psp". Now you can save your
file anytime you'd like by hitting the
Save Icon.
3. Click on View and then click
on Guides in the drop down menu to make your guides visible.
4. Add a new raster layer and
name it "basic body".
5. Set your foreground color to
#F6ECE4.
6. Set two guides on your
canvas: vertical at 180 and horizontal at 115. The intersection of
these guides will mark the location of the nose on our face.
7. Click on your Airbrush Tool
and use the following settings:

8. Spray the basic shape of
your face (the nose should divide the face: 2/3 above and 1/3 below:

9. Place a new horizontal guide
at 300, for the approximate bottom of your arms/hands.
10. Using your airbrush, spray
in your arms:

11. Change your foreground
color to #EFD4C1 and spray for your legs (changing the size of your
airbrush to 25):
