Open your "summer_night.psp" file.
Click on Image/Canvas Size and change your
canvas size to:
New width: 450
New Height: 600
Center Image Horizontally checked
Center Image Vertically checked
1. Make your merged layer active
(sky and ground).
2. Add a new layer and name it
"sky".
3. Flood fill with #5B5E8B.
4. Add a new layer and name it
"sky2".
5. Change your foreground color to #B5B8D5.
6. Choose your Airbrush Tool and use the
following settings:
Round
Size: 255
Hardness: 15
Opacity: 25
Step: 1
Density: 25
7. Using single clicks "paint"
some color all over your sky, placing a little more color near the
top. (We're doing this on a separate layer so that
you can just hit your delete key and start all over without hitting
the delete key.)
8. Add a new layer and name it
"ground"
9. Load "cc_card_ground1.sel".
10. Flood fill with #4C693F.
11. Add a new layer and name it
"ground2".
12. Change your foreground color to #BFD5B5.
13. Using your airbrush (same settings)
paint some color on your ground.
14. Deselect.
15. Merge visible layers.
16. Load "cc_card1.sel".
17. Hit delete.
18. Deselect
19. Copy your image. (Ctrl+C)
20. Open a new image:
216x270 for a quarter fold card
532x540 for a half fold card
180 pixels per inch

16 million colors
21. Load "cc_card2.sel"
22. Paste your image into selection. (Shift+Ctrl+L)
23. Deselect.
24. Merge All.
25. Save your image in jpg format to import
into your favorite greeting card program, or see Barbara's tutorial
