Now that we have our "basic" image, we need to design our web set graphics.

First decide what graphics you'd like for your set. Here is a list of the different graphics I made:

Divider

Bordered background

Header

Bullet

Button

Set your foreground color to Yellow (Red: 255, Green: 251, Blue: 221) and your background color to Red (Red: 251 Green: 14 Blue: 74).

Let's start with the divider, since we'll be using this for bordered background. Create a new image 800 x 20 and flood fill with your background color. Apply the inner bevel (same settings), then reduce the size by 50%. Save this image as your divider (save as either a jpg or gif format) and leave the image open.

Now we can make the bordered background: Our basic image is 700 x 700 - a little large for our border, so resize your image to 125 x 125, using the Smart Size Option and making sure All Layers is checked.
(You are working with the copy you made and not your original, right?)

Change your canvas size to Width: 1600 and Height:125, unchecking "Center Image Horizontally" and changing the Left number to 0, as follows:

Add a new layer and call it background. Move it to the bottom. (Click and drag or Layers/Arrange/Move to Bottom) Flood fill with your background color.

Make your divider image active, reduce the image size by 50%,and make a
copy (Ctrl+C). Go back to your border image and paste as a new layer (Ctrl+L).
Rotate your image to the Left by 90 degrees (make sure you have "Resize All Layers" UNCHECKED) and place the "divider" image where you would like it for your border:

Now add a drop shadow:
Opacity: 30
Blur: 3
Vertical: 3
Horizontal: 3

Merge all layers and save as border.jpg (or any file name you'd like).
