Let's make our header graphic. Open your basic.psp image, copy the image and close the original. Merge visible layers.

Open a new image 500 x 135 and flood fill with your foreground color. Double click on your selection tool and enter the following settings: Left: 5, Right: 120, Top: 5, Bottom: 120. Click OK.

Make your graphic image active and copy this image. Go back to your new image and paste into selection (Shift+Ctrl+L).

Double click on your selection tool and enter the following settings:
Left: 380, Right: 495, Top: 5, Bottom: 120. Click OK.

Make your graphic image active and copy this image. Go back to your new image and paste into selection (Shift+Ctrl+L).

Deselect: Selections/Select None or Ctrl + D.

Add a border of 10 to your image.  Select the red border and apply an inner bevel (same settings as before).

You can now add a new layer to add text to your image. I used the font Unicorn, Size 36, Floating and Antialias both checked, using my background color (red) for the font color. I centered the text on my image and applied an inner bevel.
I then applied a drop shadow: Opacity: 30, Blur: 5, Vertical and Horizontal 5:

To make a bullet, open a new image 100 x 100. Flood fill with your foreground color (yellow). Click on your selection tool and change your selection type to circle. Starting in the center of your image create a selection approximately  20 pixels wide. Flood fill your selection with your background color (red). Apply an inner bevel, BUT change the width to 6:

Double cllick your selection tool and enter the following numbers:
Left: 40, Right: 60, Top: 40, Bottom: 60.  Click Ok.

Now Crop to Selection (Image/Crop to Selection or Shift+R). That's it - now save as bullet.jpg.

Last one - the button.

Open your "basic.psp" image, copy and close the original. Add a new layer and name it background. Move this layer to the bottom and fill with your foreground color (yellow).

Merge all layers and resize your graphic:
