If you did your own erasing (good for you!), skip to step 22.

20. Activate (highlight) Outer frame layer. Click on Selections/Load from Disk. Click on cs_window_frame.sel and choose open. Hit your delete key or Edit/Cut and the erasing is done. Deselect. (Ctrl + D)

21. Activate (highlight) Horizontal layer.  Click on Selections/Load from Disk. Click on cs_window_frame2.sel and choose open. Hit your delete key or Edit/Cut and the erasing is done. Deselect. (Ctrl + D)

22. Merge visible layers and save as a picture frame, or save to your hard drive as a psp file.

23. To save as a picture frame, browse to your Paint Shop Pro directory and open your Frames folder. Save as a Paint Shop Pro file type, but CHANGE THE EXTENSION TO pfr. (See image below.) 

24. If you do not have the extension pfr associated with Paint Shop Pro images, you'll need to add it to save images for use as Picture Frames.
