The graphic above was made using my picture frame as well as the others shown below.

This image was made opening the picture of my dog "Ginger" and adding the picture frame. (Image/Picture Frame)

This image was made opening the Picture Frame file. (You can use either the picture frame image or the psp image, if you saved it as a psp file instead of a Picture Frame.)  I added 5 new layers, one for my background and one for each "window pane". Fill your background layer with the color/pattern of your choice.  Then on each of the other four layers, add an image of your choice.  (By adding your images to separate layers, you can manipulate each image separately.)  When you are satisfied with the placement of your images and you've added any extra effects you'd like (I added a drop shadow to my bears), merge all layers and save your graphic.
